HOLY MOTHER OF PERL I ACTUALLY HAVE A PLOT!!
Yes it's almost half way through November and I am just now realizing how ever thing in my series of random scenes that somehow wants to call it's self an actual "story" is actually connecting! Not only that but it's actually making sense... good sense even. If after nano when the story was cleaned up and edited some unsuspecting reader were to pick this up they might actually not stop and wonder if the writer was intending to go any where with this. They may even dare I say it find my "plot twist" to be surprisingly cleaver. What fools these readers be... almost as foolish as the writer wanders into the woods without a map. Join me in the woods. The bears are friendly but the bunnies are evil.

Ok so now I'm going to blog a bit on what I did for my own prompts:
11.15.08 Your character is having a really bad or super good day Not done this one yet but I'm looking forward to tormenting one of my characters before letting them win the lotto or something.
11.14.08 Your character has to pretend to be someone else Not done it yet but I think it will have something to do with the pirates trying to dupe the cargo haulers maybe.
11.13.08 "(your novel title): The Musical!" One of my characters is imagining theme songs for everyone. I also worked in a weird bit during a dream sequence where someone sang "Tempted" by Squeeze. Don't worry I didn't copy paste the lyrics. I just described them singing it.
11.12.08 Write a chapter entitled "Obsessed" There were a lot of things I could have done with this because a lot of my characters have strange obsessions including but not exclusive to typewriters and teddy bears. I went with a more traditional one though
11.11.08 When in doubt write about rain I had a brilliant scene with one of my characters riding a horse in the rain. (someone in your story has a bday and strange things happen every year at this time.) Have not done the bonus prompt. I was thinking that the strange thing that happens every year is that it always rains no matter where she goes. Even when she's on the space station the sprinklers go off.
11.10.08 Write about a noise that won't go away. Did that for another story a long time ago.
11.09.08 Use this line. "This could be the ride of your life. But if you walk away now you'll never know." My character had reservations about using a dream machine.
11.08.08 One of your characters discovers NaNoWriMo I was stuck one day so I just started writing about NaNo and did a lot of shameless word padding. I typed out the phrase National Novel Writing Month repeatedly and also word counts like "three thousand three hundred and thirty three". Then I had the characters argue over whether or not that was cheating.
11.07.08 Your character spots someone in a crowd or gathering and ducks around a corner desperate to avoid them. A third character is wondering what's going on. I had this take place in a super mart during the holiday rush and they were ducking behind the isles. There is a lot of dirty dealings in my story with cargo haulers pirates and corrupt police so it was easy to come up with reasons why they were being sneaky.
11.06.08 Your character experiences a strange sudden paralysis. Time is now critical. There was a big crash when something hit the space station. Water pipes are busted and my character stepped in a puddle with a live wire. He didn't die but the water was riseing and I never got him out LOL. I just moved on to something more interesting.
11.05.08 Write a chapter entitled "Note to self: Avoid the plague" I used this twice. Once when there was a plague of raging invisible beasts and once when my character was doing nanowrimo and she referred to telepaths in sci fi novels as a plague.
